EXISTENCE OF SOLUTIONS FOR NONLINEAR VOLTERRA INTEGRODIFFERENTIAL EQUATION WITH ANALYTIC SEMIGROUP

Abstract

We prove the existence, uniqueness and continuous dependence on initial data of solutions of nonlinear Volterra integrodifferential equations with nonlocal conditions in an arbitrary Banach space. The results are obtained by using the theory of analytic semigroups and the contraction mapping principle.
