MODIFIED SP-ITERATION ALGORITHMS FOR SOLVING FIXED POINT PROBLEMS OF CONTINUOUS FUNCTIONS ON AN ARBITRARY INTERVAL

Abstract


In this article, we introduce a new modified SP-iteration algorithm for solving fixed point problems of continuous functions on an arbitrary interval. Convergence theorems are established for the new iteration algorithm. Further, we test numerical experiments of the proposed algorithm to compare with Mann, Ishikawa, Noor, CP and SP-iterations.
