FIXED POINT THEOREMS IN COMPLEX VALUED BANACH SPACES WITH APPLICATIONS TO A NONLINEAR INTEGRAL EQUATION

Abstract


We approximate the common fixed point of two nonself operators satisfying rational contractive conditions via Jungck-type iterative schemes in complex valued Banach spaces. Moreover, we prove that the Jungck-CR iterative sequence is (S,T)-stable and give some numerical examples to validate our analytical results. Furthermore, we apply our results in solving certain mixed type Volterra-Fredholm functional nonlinear integral equation.
