STRONG CONVERGENCE OF MODIFIED ISHIKAWA ITERATION FOR TWO ASYMPTOTICALLY Φ-NONEXPANSIVE MAPPINGS IN A BANACH SPACE

Abstract

In this paper, we propose an iteration sequence by using the modified Ishikawa iteration method in a Banach space. Furthermore, we prove the iteration sequence converges strongly a concrete common fixed point of two asymptotically Φ-nonexpansive mappings.
