ON POSITIVE SOLUTIONS OF NONLINEAR EQUATIONS IN A BANACH LATTICE

Abstract

For a class of nonlinear equations in a Banach lattice we derive a priori solution estimates that provide existence of positive solutions. In addition, applications of these conditions to nonlinear integral equations and equations in a Euclidean space are discussed.
