THE GENERALIZED STABILITY OF A QUADRATIC FUNCTIONAL EQUATION

Abstract


The modified Hyers-Ulam-Rassias stability of the quadratic functional equation f(x + y + z) + f(x- y + z) + f(x + y - z) + f(-x + y + z) =4f(x) + 4f(y) + 4f(z) are investigated. Also, we offer a positive answer to an open problem posed in the paper [1].
