NONLINEAR H_infty CONTROL IN HILBERT SPACES VIA RICCATI OPERATOR EQUATIONS

Abstract

This paper deals with the H_infty control problem for uncertain nonlinear systems in infinite-dimensional spaces. It is shown that via a linearization argument we can obtain local solution to the H_infty control problem of nonlinear systems. Based on the controllability of the underlying linear system, new sufficient conditions for the H_infty control problem of nonlinear systems are presented in terms of the solution of a standard Riccati operator equation.
