A STRONG CONVERGENCE THEOREM BY A RELAXED EXTRAGRADIENT METHOD FOR A GENERAL SYSTEM OF VARIATIONAL INEQUALITIES AND STRICT PSEUDO-CONTRACTIONS

Abstract

In this paper, we introduce a new iterative scheme based on the relaxed extra-gradient method for finding a common element of the set of solutions of a general system of variational inequalities and the set of fixed points of N strict pseudo-contractions in a real Hilbert space. We prove that the sequence converges strongly to a common element of the above sets under some controlling conditions.
