SOME COMMON AND COINCIDENCE FIXED POINT RESULTS IN CONE METRIC SPACES

Abstract

In this paper, we establish the existence and uniqueness of common and coinci- dence fixed points for a family of self mappings satisfying a generalized contractive condition in cone metric spaces. Examples are given to support the results. The presented results generalize many known results in cone metric spaces.
