GENERIC LIGHTLIKE SUBMANIFOLDS OF AN INDEFINITE TRANS-SASAKIAN MANIFOLD WITH A SEMI-SYMMETRIC METRIC CONNECTION

Abstract

We study the geometry of generic lightlike submanifolds M of an indefinite trans-Sasakian manifold M ̄ with a semi-symmetric metric connection subject such that the characteristic vector field ζ of M ̄ is identical with structure vector field of M ̄ and ζ is tangent to M. Under the same conditions, we also characterize the geometry of generic lightlike submanifolds of an indefinite generalized Sasakian space form M ̄(f_1,f_2,f_2).
