CONTEMPORARY METHODS OF COMPUTATIONAL NONLINEAR COUPLED VARIATIONAL-HEMIVARIATIONAL INEQUALITY PROBLEMS

Abstract

In this paper, we introduce nonlinear coupled variational-hemivariational in-equality problems on Banach spaces. These problems are defined by hemivariational andvariational inequality equations that are mildly nonlinear. We then apply the Tychono fixed point theorem to demonstrate that solutions to these nonlinear coupled variational-hemivariational inequality problems that are mildly nonlinear are both nonempty and com-pact.
