MULTIPLICITY RESULTS FOR A FOURTH-ORDER DIFFEERNTIAL EQUATION WITH INTEGRAL BOUNDARY CONDITIONS

Abstract

This work examines a nonlinear two-point boundary value problem associatedwith a fourth-order differential equation. The problem is reformulated through inversion, enabling the explicit construction and subsequent analysis of the associated Greens function.Employing the Leggett-Williams fixed-point theorem alongside analytical estimates derivedfrom Hölder inequality. A concrete example is constructed to illustrate the applicability ofthe theoretical results.
