STRONG CONVERGENCE THEORMS FOR PSEUDO-CONTRACTIONS IN HILBERT SPACES

Abstract

In this paper, we introduce a new iterative scheme for finding a common element
of the set of fixed points of a k-strictly pseudo-contractive mapping and the set of solutions
of a variational inclusion for an \alpha-inverse-strongly monotone mapping and a maximal mono-
tone mapping in a real Hilbert space. Then we show that the sequence converges strongly
to a common element of two sets.
