ON PERTURBATIONS OF ACCRETIVE OPERATORS IN BANACH SPACES

Abstract

In this paper, X is a Banach space, A is an accretive operator and C is a noncompact operator. The solvability of p in Ax+Cx is studied. The main results of [14] are generalized in various directions. Applications to nonlinear partial differential equations and integral equations are also given.
