OPTIMAL CONTROL PROBLEMS FOR DISTRIBUTED HOPFIELD-TYPE NEURAL NETWORKS

Abstract


The quadratic optimal control problems for the systems described by distributed Hopfield-type neural networks by means of initial and Neumann boundary controls are studied. The existence, uniqueness and norm estimates of weak solutions of the systems are proved in the framework of variational method. Based on the results the existence of optimal controls and the necessary conditions of optimality are established.
