ITERATIVE SCHEMES FOR e-EQUILIBRIUM PROBLEMS

Abstract

In this paper, we consider and study a new class of equilibrium problems, known as e-equilibrium problems. Some iterative methods for solving e-equilibrium problems are suggested and analyzed by using the technique of the auxiliary principle. We have shown that the convergence of the proposed method requires either pseudomonotonicity or partially relaxed strongly monotonicity. Since the e-equilibrium problems include equilibrium problems, variational inequalities and complementarity problems as special cases, results proved in this paper continue to hold for these problems
