ULAM-HYERS-RASSIAS STABILITY OF FUNCTIONAL EQUATIONS

Abstract

The paper is devoted to some main results and ideas on the Ulam-Hyers-Rassias stability for selected functional equations, which have important applications. This stability approach is inspired by the paper of Th. M. Rassias, On the stability of the linear mapping in Banach spaces, Proc. Amer. Math. Soc. 72 (1978), 297-300.
